Love for gastronomy, hospitality and traveling started in Hotel school de Hague.
When the journey took us to Mexico 7 years ago, this is where we fell in love with the Mexican cuisine and really lacked it in Amsterdam. Then we started to work with Mexican chefs from different regions to create an authentic menu for Amsterdam.
The vibrant streets of Mexico, live music, everywhere you can smell the delicious foods and bbq, you can get the delicious flavor of tacos in every corner in the street, you can personalize it with the salsa and perfect to pair with an ice cold margarita.
We experienced this and wanted to bring this enjoyment of food and drink back to Amsterdam.
